If you do not use invoicing software, Werklo can issue the invoice itself, from your own business details and your own numbering. It is also the fallback whenever a connected provider is unreachable, so an order is never left without a document.

Admin -> Settings -> Invoicing. Business name, address and tax number -- the same details that would be printed on any invoice you issue.
The generator keeps a continuous invoice number series per shop, which is what accounting rules expect.
The invoice is issued by itself when you mark the order shipped (or when you accept it, if you prefer), and goes to your customer with that e-mail. You can also issue one early from any order.

Is this a replacement for accounting software?
No. It issues sales invoices for your shop orders. Bookkeeping, VAT returns and everything else stay with your accountant or your accounting software.
Can I use it alongside Szamlazz.hu or Fakturoid?
Yes. A connected provider is always preferred; the built-in generator steps in only if that provider is unavailable.
Which countries does it work for?
It produces a standard EU sales invoice from your own details. Where local law requires reporting to a tax authority -- as Hungary does with NAV Online Szamla -- connect a local provider instead.
