A shop, not a warehouse
Everything here was chosen by the people who run the shop, and most of it we use at home. We carry a few good versions of each thing rather than every version of everything, which is why the range is short and why it changes a little every season.
Orders are packed by hand and posted tracked. If something is not right, send it back within 14 days and it is refunded, with no form to fill in.
Before you order
How quickly does an order go out?
Orders placed before noon on a working day leave the same day; the rest go the next. You get a note with the tracking link when it is on its way.
What does delivery cost?
Free across the EU over 60 EUR. Below that it is priced by the parcel and shown at checkout before you pay. Two to four working days to most countries.
Can I return something?
Yes. Within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its packaging, for a refund to the card you paid with. Return postage on a change of mind is yours; on a fault it is ours.
Do you gift-wrap?
Yes, in plain paper with a handwritten card, for a flat fee you can add in the cart. Say what the card should say in the order note.
