Bought a season at a time
Each tea on this page comes from one garden and one picking. We taste the spring lots in May and buy what we can sell by winter, so the tin you open is from this year rather than a blend made to taste the same every year.
Every tin carries the garden, the picking date and how we brew it: the water temperature, the leaves per cup, and how many times the leaves will go.
