What is in a piece
- Fibre
- Merino and lambswool from two mills we know by name, and linen from Normandy. Named on every piece
- Weight
- Four ply for wraps and scarves, aran weight for throws and blankets
- Sizes
- Scarves 30 x 190 cm, wraps 70 x 200, throws 130 x 180. Anything else is knitted to order
- Colour
- The pale shades are the fleece itself. The rest is dyed here in lots of ten, so two lots differ a shade
- Finishing
- Washed, blocked to size and dried flat before it is folded, so it does not shrink on you
- Care
- Cool hand wash with wool soap, pressed in a towel, dried flat. A night on the line beats a wash
Knitted to your size
Pick the yarn and the shade, then type the width and the length in centimetres. The price follows the size, and the piece is cast on in the next batch.
