Admin -> Settings -> Email. Customers see your shop, and replies reach your inbox.
On the Pro plan the emails can be sent from your own domain once its DNS records are in place.

Can I send from my own domain?
On the Pro plan, yes -- you add the DNS records and the emails are sent from your address. On other plans they go out from Werklo's sending domain with your shop as the sender name.
Are marketing newsletters included?
No. This is transactional email. Newsletters belong in a mailing tool, and abandoned-cart and review-request emails are separate Pro features.
Who is the email provider?
Resend, managed by Werklo. You do not need an account with them.
